Coryphantha greenwoodii - Origin: Mexico
These cactus plants usually remain solitary and can reach a size of approx 10 cm wide, 8 cm tall.
Plant will be of similar size to the ones pictured above, in the pots 70mm across.
Please note - Plants are posted bare rooted- without pot and potting mix.
A name tag will be wrapped with your plant for easy identification.
CORYPHANTHA - CACTUS PLANT CARE GUIDE:
Upon arrival of your new addition, we recommend that your promptly remove it from the box and unwrap carefully.
Place into a pot that is not much wider than the plant itself. Try to keep the level of the plant the same, usually you can see a colour variation that shows the previous soil level.
Once potted up, keep in a protected position to reduce shock, then gradually make the transition to a sunnier spot.
Withhold watering for at least a week to get them settled into their new home, then follow the guidelines below:
Water Summer: During the warmer months, pots will dry out quickly, frequent watering is required. Water thoroughly, then allow soil to dry completely before watering again.
Water Winter: During the colder months, pots take longer to dry out. Keep very dry during Winter.
Water lightly, then allow soil to dry completely before watering again.
Soil: Free draining cactus or succulent mix is recommended.
Position: Part shade to Full sun. Try to avoid hot midday and afternoon sun in the Summer months as it can burn plants.
Pots: Squat pots are recommended. Use containers with drainage holes, to prevent root rot.
