What does Flat Rate Postage mean?
You can buy as many plants as you like in a single transaction and we will cover ALL the additional costs for the postage.
Please make sure you have finished shopping before checkout, we are unable to add extra's to your order once payment has been completed.
Same day Shipping
*Same day shipping - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
*Plants are posted the same day that the order is placed - Monday to Wednesday - if payment is received in full before 10am (AEST).
Orders will not be posted Thursday or Friday to limit the amount of parcels stuck in transit over the weekends.
If purchased on the weekend or public holidays, your parcel will be posted on the next working day Australia Post is open for business.
If you would prefer us to hold your order and post on a specified day - No Problems! Just let us know in the comments section when you place your order.
All parcels are sent Via Australia Post.
When an order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation.
Once your parcel has been posted, you will receive another email notification with your tracking number.
If you do not receive notifications, please check your spam/junk folder.
If notification can not be located, please contact us, there may be an error with the email address provided.
Once we post the parcel, the delivery is out of our hands. We trust that Australia Post will deliver in their delivery time frame.
Unfortunately this is not always the case, especially when choosing the standard delivery option.

Any claims for unhealthy plants due to slow delivery / delayed parcels must be taken up directly with Australia Post.

We have taken steps to ensure our packaging is as environmentally responsible as possible.
You may notice when your parcel arrives that the carton was used previously. The majority of shipping cartons we use for packing have been sourced
from a local distribution centre. These are very solid boxes, and due to the design, we are able to turn them inside out and re-use.
When we must purchase, we try to buy obsolete cartons if possible.
Other packaging materials including tissue paper and bubbles have also been soured from a local warehouse.
We are able to give the packing materials a second life and it's perfect for wrapping delicate plants and keeping them snug during transit.
