1. Can I pick up from your nursery?
No, but we do offer free pick up from a small business support store here in Ipswich, QLD.

In most cases, your plants will be ready for picking up at 11am the day after you place your order.

( Subject to store opening hours / days )

Sometimes, if we are attending an event on a weekend, we may not be able to deliver on the day of the event.

Heading to Ipswich on a particular day ? Happy to work with you and get them into store nice and fresh for pick up.

 2. How are the prices so low?

We are not on sellers, we grow all the plants ourselves, so we are able to offer them at great prices.
Of course some of the rare plants are slow growing, and when they take up our real estate for extended periods of time, they tend to cost more than the regular ones.

 

3. Do you sell advanced plants?

Yes, from time to time we attend local markets and special garden events, selling larger plants and a great selection of smaller ones too.

 
4. Do you post overseas?

We are an Australian business and don't offer international shipping sorry.

 

5. How do I leave a review?

 6. What payment options do you have?

We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, as well as direct bank deposits.

 

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer same day shipping, if your order is finalised and paid in full before 10am Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Any orders placed after 10am Wednesday will be posted the following Monday.
 
Please note, all parcels are posted with Australia Post, and in the case of a public holiday, your parcel will be posted the next business day that they are open.


8. How do I find my tracking number?

Once your parcel is posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number.



9. I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

On occasion an incorrect email address may be entered ( phones are pretty small, and all it takes is one wrong letter to get your email wrong)
