This is the true Monkey Tail Cactus, Hildewintera colademononis.
 
A fantastic and spectacular plant, with very long white, soft hair-like spines.
 
They are suited to a hanging basket, as the branches will grow very long.
 

Plant will be of similar size to the ones pictured above, in the pots 60mm across.
